The room is well presented, with new appliances ans fitting throughout and is sparklingly clean. The Traditional tatami and bedding is high quality and very comfortable. The building has a lift and a shared waste dryer.

The rooms for accommodation are on the second and third floors. The styles of the two floors are different. Everyone has a private space on the second floor, and the third floor is the best room for experiencing Japanese-style tatami! The elevator made it so easy to carry our luggage that it would have been a struggle not to have one for our Japan travel stays after this. The owner and her husband are very nice. They even gave us a cake when we checked in. It was very delicious! They explained in detail how the house is used, nearby places to visit, etc. Watching us leave as we left made me feel a little bit reluctant to leave. You can have a comfortable night by sleeping in a room with traditional Japanese tatami. The map of the neighborhood that the host drew herself and the recommended restaurant were very useful.
